Kacie Harrington

I am a fitness enthusiast who loves to see others have fun working out and getting stronger. I love doing different types of exercise and sports. I also love cooking and finding healthy alternatives :) My favorite workouts include strength training, mobility and cardio. I enjoy working with people at different fitness levels and seeing them progress. Particularly, I love working with pre & postnatal women and watching them learn what their bodies are capable of doing and how movement and safe training can make all the difference through this incredible time in their lives. I also love leading fit camps for a small group of people who are ready to push themselves and achieve their goals. As a nutrition coach, I find joy in seeing others progress with their health goals and witness the drastic life changes that come from the dedication and hard work.

    Over the years, I have had the great pleasure of watching Kacie grow from a work out buddy to a phenomenal personal trainer.

    Kacie's attitude is upbeat and positive. When you become one of her clients, it's easy to get caught up in her energy and drive. Yes, Kacie will push you to do your best and she'll do it with a smile on her face and words of encouragement to help you reach your fitness goals.

    Kacie inspires me to be a better person, both mentally and physically! Not only does she challenge me physically, but her positive and energetic personality is infectious and I walk away happy from every workout (even boot camp)! She was my first personal trainer and has helped me create a workout program I can complete at home to prepare for my wedding! She has given me so much advice and support. I honestly wouldn't be in the shape I am today with out her! Kacie is the best trainer you could possibly ask for.

    I have not worked with many trainers, but after working with Kacie, I don't want to work with anyone else. Her boot camps are tough, but her supportive and inspiring personality keep you pushing toward your goals and keep you coming back! She's challenging, but fun, and keeps you accountable to yourself.
