Kacie Bryant

Adams, TN 37010

I worked two jobs to pay for my bachelor's degree in Business Management at Mississippi State University. All through school I was never sure what I really wanted to do with my career. I knew that whatever it was, I wanted to help people. I also knew that I loved sports and anything active (you would think that I would have put two and two together back then). I looked at my Business Management degree as just a starting point.

After working in the 'real world' as a project manager for several years, I found myself bored and unfulfilled. I was only 24 and managing 6 people and 50 projects. Though I made good money and worked very hard to get where I was, sitting at a desk all day was not what I had envisioned as the perfect job.

I decided to look for a volunteer assistant coach position so I had something to look forward to at the end of the day. My first interview hired me on the spot as head coach of both girls and boys soccer. Cristo Rey High School had just opened a year earlier and needed someone to start their soccer program. Wow, was I way in over my head! I took the challenge with both feet in and loved every second of it! Most of the girls had never played soccer before. It was so rewarding to see how much they improved throughout the season.

I found my passion. Though I had general knowledge of training and fitness, I wanted to know more. I wanted to be a personal trainer and a coach!

Now here I am, AFPA certified and ready to conquer the world, helping one person at a time. I believe that everyone has it in them to be happy and healthy; sometimes they just need a little guidance.

Kacie...... what do I say about this girl except I wish the world was filled with more people like her. She has changed my life an taught me so much. She has motivated me to become stronger, eat better, an to start caring about my body. I have fibromyalgia, an thanks to Kacie an all the things I have learned from her I am able to have more pain free days. I sleep better I just feel better. It seems like now a days everyone's just looking for a pill to fix it... how about diet an exercise. It worked for me. I am so thankful to Kacie for opening my eyes. I am so happy Angie got me to go sign up for Wheatland Bootcamp. I will never forget our first class, you told us to do pushups an we all looked at you like you were crazy. thank you Kacie we miss you here in Cali

My name is Dawn Victor and I have known Kacie for several years. She started out as my personal trainer but became so much more, a true close friend. Kacie is one of those very rare trainers to find, she TRULY cares about you and your health, she will be there with you every step of your journey, she has a real passion for what she does. She is one of the most motivated and hard working people I know. I had always lived in the world of extremes, meaning total discipline with hard core exercise along with a super STRICT diet to not working out at all and stuffing my face! Then I met Kacie and was introduced to the world of moderation, because she knew that's what I needed, she isn't a one size fits all person, she talks to you and learns what it is that you will need to succeed. Trust me I fought her for years on this, I was very stubborn but she stuck with me and never gave up on me and now I can proudly say I am comfortable with moderation and am finally getting healthy from the inside out, all thanks to Kacie!

I have known Kacie most of her life & watched her grow into a wonderful daughter her mother & father can be proud of, and a loving mother of 2 great kids. I have also known of her desire to help people in any way she can. Because her passion has always been sports and healthy living, becoming a personal trainer was perfect. I have seen her dedication to change lives. She has worked really hard to run her fitness studio and worked many years without pay, but satisfied in the payment of watching her clients meet their fitness goals through her coaching.

Kacie is always a positive influence whether it be health related or someone who works hard to achieve the things she wants! She has changed the lives of so many people and continues to be a big influence through her upcoming competition. She is a role model that anyone who has contact with her should consider themselves lucky!

Kacie is awesome!!! She's the best thing that could have happend to me. I've never been motivated to workout and eat healthier until I met her! I would be 87 pounds heavier if it weren't for her guidance. Even from far away she still motivates me....
