While specializing in functional training, weight loss, sport specific training & Boot Camps. She also offers customized Triathlon Training programs for the beginner triathlete.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Wyoming where she was a Division 1 swimmer.

    Kali is a wonderful trainer! Early on in my training, Kali talked about competing in the Iron Girl Triathlon. Honestly, I thought that I would never be able to complete such an accomplishment. With Kali's expertise and encouragement, I did complete the Iron Girl. Crossing the finish line was such an incredible accomplishment. Now, I LOVE working out and plan to continue my journey!! You are truly the best trainer I've ever worked with! Not only has she helped change my life, she's now a good friend! Thanks again, Kali!!!

    I work out with Kali twice per week. She keeps me motivated and interested in exercising, especially on those days when I need to be pushed. I feel so much stronger and healthier since starting my program with her almost a year ago. Although the majority of my workout is weight training, she incorporates cardio into my routine and emphasizes healthy eating and lifestyle. Kali has a great personality and is well liked by the other trainers and members. Thank you, Kali!!!!

    I have enjoyed the benefit of participating in a complimentary boot-camp experience offered through my town. Kali was a volunteer trainer, giving of her time and expertise to motivate and inspire folks of all shapes, sizes, and skills on the importance of getting on the move. Activities were varied, interesting, and surprisingly achievable.
    I am looking forward to signing up for an official boot-camp program with Kali. ~Fawn

    Kali is an energetic and innovative trainer. Her workouts include cardio and strength movements that give your entire body a workout. My two young children, ages 1 & 3, were with me every time I worked out. Kali would help me with exercises to incorporate them into my workout. My three year old would often try the exercises right by my side. Cannot think of a better way to teach my children the importance of exercise and taking care of their bodies.

    It was a joy to have you & your children in our group training class. It IS a wonderful example to set for our little ones & you showed parents with small children that you can still make exercise a priority.
