I am passionate about Fitness and Nutrition! I have been a Zumba® Instructor since 2009 and was hooked after taking my first class! I was out of shape, and hadn't been physically fit or active for 20+ years. I have a son with Aspergerger's®, a form of Autism and changing his diet has changed all of our lives for the better! I am continually reading/keeping up on all of the latest information, about the Gluten Free/Casein Free way of living, as well as current information on Autism. I feel privileged to be a part of inspiring others to get and stay healthy in every way possible!
