Join us for Stroller Strides! We help moms make strides in fitness, motherhood and life!
Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time. It is a total fitness program where moms push baby in the stroller, while getting a full-body workout.
The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class includes a Power Walk with body toning intervals. The classes are an hour long, with the last 15 minutes used for abs and stretching.
We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age.
Moms are welcome during pregnancy as well - exercises are suitable and modified by Stroller Strides prenatal experts. Our moms who do Stroller Strides throughout pregnancy experience remarkable benefits in fast, easy labor and recovery, by staying fit throughout pregnancy.
