My son is a high school basketball player, and he has struggled with muscle stiffness, flexibility and balance issues. Julie started performing "MAT" on him about 4 months ago, and his speed, quickness and agility on the court has improved tremendously. I'd highly recommend "MAT" for athletes dealing with similiar issues. IT WORKS!!!!!!

Julie trained me for several months and I not only lost weight but learned things about food and nutrition that will stay with me forever. Julie is passionate and incredibly committed to what she does and who she is as a person. It was tough work but I felt empowered and consistently supported.
