    Each week I look forward to working with Julie. She creates fitness plans that are geared towards my goals, and acts as a cheerleader along the way. Her positive, and encouraging attitude inspires me to challenge myself in ways I didn't think possible. She is definitely a force of nature. From her TRX classes, to her one-on-one personal training sessions, I would highly recommend Julie to anyone.

    Between group fitness classes and personal training, I have been working with Julie for 1.5 years. In this time, I have not only met every fitness goal that I have had, but she has helped me to *blast* through my goals and bring myself to a level of fitness, strength and overall wellness that I have never before attained - and could not have imagined!
    Every personal training session is specifically tailored to me and my specific needs, including sound nutritional advice. The group fitness classes are filled with challenges and set in an energetic, fun environment.

    Julie is positively brilliant at what she does. Working with her is a true gift.

    As an older female, it is difficult to get motivated to go to a gym. Working with Julie as a personal trainer has developed my confidence to become more active. She has a gentle but inspirational way to push me beyond the limits. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions and would highly recommend her to someone of any fitness level. She is an amazing tri athlete herself!
