A little about me...I am a mommy of three, blessed with a wonderful husband and I'm passionate about fitness! There is so much room for growth in this profession and so many positive people to spend my time with! People feel awesome when they work out and take care of themselves. I get to help them do that by leading group fitness classes and leading individual, small and large group training. I love my job! I've met so many great people and many have become good friends:-)

    Julie has been my personal trainer for over a year now and I have taken her Zumba classes for the last three. She is fun, challenging, and is focused on motivating her clients so they can succeed. Through Julie, my core strength has improved and I feel younger. Zumba classes - a wonderful opportunity to dance, have fun, and feel good when you are done!
