I owe my back health and improved fitness to Judith Scott! When I first sought Judith's help, twelve years ago, my body -- due to back troubles -- was literally contorting like a pretzel two to three times a month. I've been seeing Judith twice a week since then, and these days I experience mild back trouble only once or twice a year. Judith is skillful at diagnosing problems, skillful at customizing exercise and stretching programs to fit your needs, and incredibly helpful in teaching you new routines through modeling, hands-on assistance and .... humor! I would recommend Judith Scott in a second to anyone with back troubles or just a general desire to achieve better fitness and flexibility. Michael Hirschhorn, Brooklyn, NY April 2011

I have been a client of Judith Scott for five years, and I am very pleased with the way I look and feel. I have a bad back and knee so I need to be very careful with exercises. With Judith's training both conditions have improved. Initially, I came for free weight training, but Judith also developed other exercises for me. Over the years, I have gone to other places or exercised on my own with minimal results. Again, Judith Scott is very, very good.

    Hi Joanne,
Many thanks for your positive review! I enjoy working with you, because you are always very open and willing to try new exercises in your workout routine...so things will never get "stale" and you will keep improving your health and fitness.
    Yours in good health,
    Judith

Initially, I went to Judith suffering severe back pain. I could hardly use my right leg, the quads were beginning to atrophy. She got me going again and has kept me walking, virtually pain free, ever since. Would I recommend her? You bet! I've also benefited from her book, "Good Bye to Bad Backs" which reminds me of the proper stretching techniques to use between visits.

    Hi Phil,

I know how much you have improved your lower back and leg. It is a testament to what focus and discipline can do when you put your mind to it. Keep up your good work! And thanks for your positive review. I appreciate it. Judith

My vertebra cracked three years ago. I was in major pain and could not stand up straight. Judith Scott's knowledge and experience has helped me strengthen my core muscles to support the injury. I am able to stand upright without having to have back surgery. I would definitely recommend her as a caring, knowledgeable trainer.

    Hi Ron,

It's so good to know that you are doing well! You have to keep your back in shape so that you can perform your CLOWN shows with ease and without the fear that your back will "get out of whack again." Judith
