Jude Forsyth

What to say about me...hmmmm. Beside my family and nature, I love best helping people find their personal wellness. I use my education in Applied Gerontology(M.S.) and in preventive and rehabilitative exercise (B.S) combined with my 20+ years of practicing and teaching Qigong/Tai Chi/Meditation to help people find their own path.
My other love is research and writing. I have written for newspapers and magazines and also have done some grant writing and articles by request.

My website and Facebook page contain wellness information for everyone regardless of their location and I teach local qigong/tai chi and wellness classes and workshops in the Mobile, AL area.

My business is www.BlueWillowWellness.com

That's enough about me- what about you? Email me, let's chat.

I have known Jude now for nearly 2 years, and worked with her for several months of that time. She is one of the most caring, professional individuals I have come into contact with. If she doesn't know the answer to something, she'll find it. Her passion for helping others is nothing short of highly motivated--and motivating. She's been around fitness & wellness for a while and isn't afraid to try the new trends and let you know what works.

I have been practicing Qi Gung (Tai Chi) Longevity Tree form with Jude for nearly a year now. She is a true professional, both guiding and correcting her students in order for each to achieve the right balance of form and personal fitness/wellness with this ancient art.

To my knowledge, all of her students enjoy her classes and show steady improvement in their personal goals.
