I’m a personal trainer that’s been in the industry for 3 years. Dedicated and committed that every one of my clients achieve the goals they set to themselves, whether it’s weight loss or helping senior citizens keep fit. I take an approach of helping my clients build proper nutrition habits and functional movement.

I got into fitness when I was 22. I wasn’t happy with the way my body looked and my lack of strength. I joined a gym and made myself go at least 30 minutes a day. In my down time I read various articles, books, anything I could get my hands on when it came to exercise and nutrition. Over time, I noticed results, my body looked different, I had more energy, strength, and self-confidence. It took time for these to happen. Throughout the years I became stronger, taught myself more, and in turn started teaching my friends. They loved on how I coached them, and in turn it lead to my passion of being a trainer.

    Jorge has been my personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness for the past five months. Even though I am older (senior), I have kept in pretty good physical condition over the years. Having said that, as you get older, balance and strength training is more important to living a quality life. Jorge quickly became not only my trainer, but an encouraging friend. He is an observer and a listener. That has translated into quality workouts twice a week. One of his specialties is the TRX Suspension Trainer. Jorge not only explains and models the exercise, he coaches me along the way to increase my overall success. My wife has noticed a difference and fully supports my time at the gym with focused training. And that's the difference . . . I've worked out for a long time, but without getting the results I've seen in working out with Jorge. He has the balance of challenging me, but he doesn't ask me to do anything that would be too hard. We not only work out with creative exercises (sandbag training), but enjoy the time, having fun in the process. I fully recommend him . . . he makes a difference!

    Jorge really works with you. He will sit you down and ask you questions about your active life then recommend a work out just for you. He is great. In just a month I have dropped a pants size while increasing my muscle strength. I am proud to say I fit into a size 2 after sticking rigorously to his work out routine.

    Jorge is a great trainer that motivates you and tries to really understand you and your goals. From there he developes a plan for you. As long as you are willing to put in the work you will definatly see results.
