I’m a personal trainer that’s been in the industry for 3 years. Dedicated and committed that every one of my clients achieve the goals they set to themselves, whether it’s weight loss or helping senior citizens keep fit. I take an approach of helping my clients build proper nutrition habits and functional movement.
I got into fitness when I was 22. I wasn’t happy with the way my body looked and my lack of strength. I joined a gym and made myself go at least 30 minutes a day. In my down time I read various articles, books, anything I could get my hands on when it came to exercise and nutrition. Over time, I noticed results, my body looked different, I had more energy, strength, and self-confidence. It took time for these to happen. Throughout the years I became stronger, taught myself more, and in turn started teaching my friends. They loved on how I coached them, and in turn it lead to my passion of being a trainer.
