My health career started while working with occupational and physical therapist at a care facility, where I volunteered in the alzheimers unit. I changed my major from business to pre-physical therapy at Western Washington University. After three years I transfered to Washington State University where I obtained a BS in Kinesiology, emphasis on exercise science. In the last 22 years, I've enjoyed making a positive impact on many clients (all ages, goals and fitness levels) lives for the better, training them to meet their personal fitness goals and empowering them to reach beyond. Health and fitness is an exciting and rewarding industry so vast and always developing, so learning new technics and furthing education better myself as a trainer/educator which directly affects my clients training experience. For many years I've participated in an active lifestyle, including training for half and full marathon, cycling many STPs and other century rides. The rewards of staying fit and preaching just that. Enjoy life, it's the only one you'll get!
