The Bunker Fitness offers One On One personal training sessions at ether half hour or one hour long. The sessions are upbeat and high intensity with a focus on making fitness fun and teaching you proper form along the way!

John or what i referred to him as "JT" (short for John Trainer) was FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! Great motivator and just a good guy all around :O) Hope to train with him in future....best money spent!

John was my trainer from June of 14' until November of 14'. In these months John really helped me to understand how to train properly to achieve my goals. I wanted to shed a few inches around my waist and improve my muscle mass and within two months me and everyone around me really noticed the results. John was understanding, professional, and opened my eyes to the way a workout should be. I'd recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness.
