John Zwack

Scottsdale, AZ 85250

My name is John Zwack and I am originally from Saipan, located in the Northern Mariana Islands. I have been in Arizona since 2012. I am a graduate of the School of Exercise Training & Science, Arizona School of Massage Therapy and Bryan University. I have been involved with fitness for most of my life. Whether it was participating in martial arts competitions or conditioning for military training. For me physical conditioning is just a part of my daily life which is why I chose to become a personal trainer. As a fitness professional, my mission is for my clients to get fit, feel great and have fun doing it. I understand that exercise can be difficult, time consuming and confusing. As your trainer, I take the guess work out of exercise and make each session valuable and engaging. I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific exercise research so you can be sure that the workouts will be safe and effective providing positive results in an efficient amount of time. To name a few things, I can help you with having more energy, improving posture and balance, losing inches, increasing flexibility and gaining muscular strength.

My experience working out with John was in a small group setting. He is great at personalizing the workouts for each individual's level so it felt like a one-on-one training session. His experience and knowledge comes through in a big way! He not only shows you the correct form for each workout, he tells you what muscles you're using and the benefits of each movement. My goal was to gain strength and endurance. Goal accomplished! Thank you John! You made the class fun and are an awesome trainer!

I have been training with John for about 1 year. It has been a great experience. I find John to be very knowledgeable and he communicates well. He explains the "whys" and "whats' of our fitness regime. He has a great way of motivating me to push to my limits. In the year I have been with John, I have improved muscle tone, some weight loss and more stamina. I look forward to each work out with John...highly recommended!
