    I would highly recommend working with John for reaching training and nutrition goals. He plans workouts that are individualized for particular fitness goals and to accommodate prior injuries. He did a thorough assessment before getting started to understand my goals and any limitations I have. Each workout was unique and done in a circuit format. John is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well, and he motivates you to make changes that are reasonable and attainable. I particularly like that John focused on stretching after workouts and was knowledgeable about certain stretches to relief pain and stiffness. John was very easy to work with, accommodated my schedule and was attentive during each session. It was a pleasure to work with John.

    John has a friendly, approachable personality and really put a lot of thought into personalizing my workout routine. When I had to take time off from a dedicated program because of work, he went beyond what I expected and gave me a ‘quick workout’ plan to follow at home with the equipment I have available, until I am able to return to work with him at the gym. I recommend John to anyone looking for a trainer at various levels, he has years of experience doing this. John, thanks for your help!

    Been training with John for about 3 months. The workouts are concise but effective and fit into my tight schedule. Very happy with the improvements in both the way I feel and overall my strength.

    Ok, so this review is a minute late, but honestly I can't say enough awesome things about John. Super nice, very motivating and always offers good tips and advice for conceptualizing your fitness journey! I saw him on Sunday mornings and it was a great way to jump start my week. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you John for everything!
