    John is a great personal trainer in large part because he's an excellent teacher. John's personal training sessions are geared toward my individual physical fitness goals. He breaks down each exercise and explains the muscles used and strength and balanced gained. When I first started training I couldn't bring up laundry 2 flights of stairs without getting winded or feeling like I was lifting bricks and my balance was not where I wanted it to be. I have been training with John for four months and I feel stronger and more balanced. Each of my sessions are well planned out for me, John goes that extra step with each exercise to make sure I have the right form so I do not hurt myself and is always there to spot me. John is motivational and challenges me every step of the way with positive enthusiasm and support.

    I’ve been training with John for about 5 months. He’s an awesome trainer and is always prepared and attentive. I like that he’s big on proper technique and stretching to avoid injury. He also shares nutritional advice that I have found very helpful. John has motivated me, and I am feeling an increase in my overall strength. I highly recommend him!

    John was recommended to me for help with strengthening my shoulder after surgery. What I though would be a couple months has turned into well over a year of working with him. Not only has he helped tremendously with my shoulder issues he has helped me strengthen my core stability my balance my endurance my overall strength and my golf swing. He truly puts his efforts into helping reach goals. He has a log of every workout I’ve done that includes details down to how I was feeling that day. Teaches proper form proper balance proper way to teach your body to reach its capabilities and beyond. I can not say enough good things about him. He is top notch at what he does!
