    Been training with John for about 3 months. The workouts are concise but effective and fit into my tight schedule. Very happy with the improvements in both the way I feel and overall my strength.

    Ok, so this review is a minute late, but honestly I can't say enough awesome things about John. Super nice, very motivating and always offers good tips and advice for conceptualizing your fitness journey! I saw him on Sunday mornings and it was a great way to jump start my week. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you John for everything!

    John has been working with my 90 year old father for about a month now. John has been really good -- he knows how to listen and watch and tailor the exercises and the conversation to what my dad needs. I had been afraid that my father would refuse to participate, but he likes John. My main concern is that my dad not lose functioning -- to do that, he needs to keep moving. It's a little different from what your typical physical trainer has to deal with, but John has been great. I'm very happy with how things have worked out.

    I have been training with John for almost a year now and have been very happy body, mind and soul. John is a fantastic trainer and friend. John is a very experienced trainer that works in sinc with each individual client. He pushes you but only in the most positive ways. He checks up on your eating as well as your strength training. He always offers new health and exercise information to you. I look forward to each session and always feel better about myself after I have left. He records our sessions and emails notes for me to follow up on. He is high spirited and very motivational. John truly cares about his clients and lets you know that. He always makes sure of any prior injuries or if anything doesn't feel right to adjust what you are doing. Never to over push your muscles. He is very honest and trustworthy as well as kind.

    If you are lucky enough to have John as your trainer, you WILL be a much healthier and happier person!!! I guarantee it!!

    I have been using John as my trainer for about 12 weeks now and the results are amazing. John combines his knowledge of the body as well as the mind to design a program that is unique and incorporates both diet and exercise as well as motivation. In addition to John never running the same program twice he provides workouts for me to do in between our sessions.

    I highly recommend John for anyone looking for a knowledgeable trainer with the benchside personality and motivational skills to keep you enaged on on track.
