I am currently a senior at Oklahoma State University finishing up my degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. I played football my freshman at Northeastern A&M in Miami, OK. After finishing there I transferred to OSU where I played for the Cowboys for another two years just finishing in the spring of 2012. Fitness has been a passion of mine for many years and have a lot of personal experience from many different types of training.
