Joel O. Molina is a young and enthusiastic health and fitness professional with more than 10 years of experience in the field of sport, health and fitness. He possesses a solid degree in Physical Education with specializations in Coaching and Training from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez Campus. In addition, he is IFA Certified Personal Trainer, IYCA Certified Speed and Agility Specialist, IYCA HS Strength and Conditioning Specialist, IYCA Olympic Lift Instructor and BFS Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Currently, Joel is the founder, owner, and president of 1822 Fitness, Inc. a one-on-one training company created to provide individualized training programs for individuals, groups, sport teams, and organizations wanting to enter a new phase in their fitness level that will change their future positively.
Joel has had the privilege to personally train numerous people from all ages and backgrounds providing a comfortable, challenging and energetic setting to help them reach their goals and maximum potential.
In the personal level, Joel had the opportunity to play professional baseball and to coach baseball at the high school and college level. Currently, Joel is married and has two beautiful daughters.

    Joel Molina is a great trainer, knowledgeable, creative, and caring. He knows his stuff, and has had many fun and creative ways to train me, so I don't become bored. He also has nightly bootcamps at his own facility, 1822 Fitness, and the bootcamps are intense and you will work your butt off - they are rewarding. I can tell Joel is a man of character, and trainer who really cares about his clients. As to the level of training I'm getting, I went to Joel 3 months ago and I've already lost 13 pounds and gained muscle mass, just training with him 2 days a week.

    I highly reccomend giving Joel a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
