I want to be able to do a split when I’m 80! That’s my why. In order to do a senior split, it requires two things. That I will be living at 80, obviously, and that I will have the flexibility needed. That’s why I put my sneakers on everyday and move my body. That’s why I keep my weight at a healthy level. That’s why I stretch and drink a gallon of water each day.
What’s your why? This is the question that I ask all of my clients and class-goers, also known as Team SoulShine.
