Jill is a life-changer and she genuinely loves helping people with their health and fitness goals. She is encouraging, supportive, and inspiring. I had tried multiple times over the years to stick with a workout program but would always give up. This all changed when I met Jill! I began attending her group fitness classes in 2011 and for the first time ever, I actually started to enjoy working out. Her infectious attitude, positive energy, and encouragement make working out fun! I especially appreciate that she makes everyone of ALL fitness levels feel comfortable in the gym.

Jill is very passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients. The first time I met her, I was taking her cycling class. I had heard it was a challenging one and I was a little intimidated since I hadn't been cycling/working out very long. However, I decided to try it anyway. She made me feel welcome from the very beginning and assured me it was okay to sit and rest if I needed to (and I definitely needed to!) But she made her classes so much fun I just had to keep going and it got easier (but was still challenging) every time I went. She never made me feel like I couldn't ask her questions about my progress or set backs and would take the time to make sure she gave me informed answers. I always looked forward to going to the gym to see her smiling face encouraging me to do my best and push myself to get healthier and stronger.
