    A friend of mine referred me to Jill in May 2015 to help me get back on track for triathlon training after suffering an injury. What started out as me just needing someone to set up a training schedule quickly turned into a rich fitness journey with Jill Albright. Jill is a superb trainer, to put it mildly. Over the past year, she has taught me so much about fitness and nutrition. She also addressed my mental health and provided me with sound advice that helped me to persevere during life's difficulties. In the past, this always negatively affected my nutrition and fitness. I can be quite stubborn when it comes to my fitness routines. Jill challenged my thinking and gave me practical tools (meal plans, recipes, books, tracking tools, etc.) to help me understand where the "pitfalls" are in my diet. She turned me on to Paleo cooking! I can say with pride and humility that Jill has had a profound impact on my life. Jill is also a wonderful and caring person. Her level of passion when it comes to fitness and nutrition is beyond anyone I know. I am fortunate to know Jill and feel that I gained a life-long friend in the process.

    I started working with Jill about 6 months before my wedding and I am so glad that I did! Jill created a custom workout plan to fit in my crazy schedule. She taught me things about nutrition and exercising that really helped me stay on a healthy track before the wedding. She was very flexible in scheduling and always willing to problem solve to help me reach my goals. I always got a a great workout with Jill, but it was more than that- it was so exciting to exercise with someone who is so passionate about what she does. Jill was such a great support throughout the craziness before our wedding and was always there to encourage me. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a trainer and hope to see her again in the gym!

    I'm fortunate to have found Jill as my guide on my health and fitness journey. My goal was to find a personal trainer and nutritionist all in one, and Jill is that rare combination of both. She delivers so much value…where to begin…

    First, Jill really listened to my goals. I want to be strong enough to toss my active 5-year-old around the yard anytime, but I had chronic back pain and didn’t know how to safely move into a new fitness routine. Then, she pinpointed nutrition as a necessary backbone of my health plan – even suggesting that she’d rather see me invest my limited budget in her nutrition counsel over an extra day of personal training!

    At first I was a little skeptical – wouldn’t another training day be better to get stronger, faster? – but I trusted her immediately (she obviously knows her stuff). And I’m glad I did.

    In the last six weeks, I’ve attended one day/week of personal training. After every session, Jill gives you the workout you just did, so I repeat the workout another 1-2 days a week at home. I also enter everything I eat into myfitnesspal.com, and Jill provides a weekly nutrition check-in and challenge to guide gradual nutrition changes. We focused first on corrective exercise to help with my back pain, and combined that with gradual nutrition changes. Along the way, she texts and emails real-time feedback, which keeps you accountable, but she does it in a friendly, real-life way that feels positive, not Big Brother.

    Because everything was so gradual, my 1-month results surprised me (tracked through Jill’s monthly fitness assessments). 5.5 inches lost. 7 lbs lost. All cardio markers improved. Doubled the number of push-ups I can do. Tripled my plank time. Whoa.

    And here are my Happy Life Results: The smallest jeans in my closet are big on me. Nearly all of my back pain and inflammation are gone. I have tons more energy. My little one is mimicking my much healthier eating and exercise habits. BEST OF ALL: I’m strong enough to toss my 5-year-old around the yard, anytime. :)

    My first 6 weeks with Jill were great! She is very motivating and makes sure you are working out safely. She is very patient and always shows the right way to do things, especially with me being a newbie to strength training. She sends "check up" texts which are a good push to workout while not seeing her and it also is nice because it shows she truly cares about your goals. Jill is very friendly, motivating, and professional. Thanks for everything Jill!! - Janice

    I am so glad I chose to have Jill as my personal trainer. She works very hard to help me reach my goals of becoming more tone and living a healthier lifestyle. Since working out with Jill, I have been able to do things that I would not have thought I could do. For example, I am now able to run five miles and not feel worn down as well as complete strenuous leg workouts (which use to be the weakest part of my body!). I have lost inches on my waist and am more tone than I was in high school! She continuously pushes me even when I feel like I have reached my max capacity. Additionally, I love that she never lets me give up and encourages me.
    I have to say, I am the healthiest I have been in my life, which is crazy to think because I am in the busiest part of my life. Without her encouragement and constant help to do better with workouts and nutrition I would not feel as happy as I do. If you allow Jill to personal train you, she will do anything in her power to help you reach your goals under any circumstance. I appreciate all she has done for me and know that any client would be lucky to receive her services.
