These classes are awesome! Joe-Erik's sessions are always unique, and I'm amazed at how people of different ages and fitness levels can all participate together and get a great work out. He is a patient and easily understandable instructor and his demonstrations with perfect form make you want to up your game. While the classes are designed to be drop in, in recognition of people's busy schedules, I hate missing one. Jon-Eriks has created the Weekend Workout that works whether it's your once a week excercise or part of a full strength and conditioning program.

Jon-Erik's outdoor boot camp classes offer an excellent workout and are never boring because the exercises change up each week! Definitely a fun alternative to the typical gym if you love being outside...it's like an open-air gym! I'd also recommend getting the "class pass" since it's a pretty good value. He's an experienced trainer and can tailor the exercises to match your fitness level.
