    I began training with Jessica after an autoimmune disease left my body in a weakened condition. I had little to no muscle tone and no strength to speak of as I began my workouts with her. I am happy to say that I am back to "my old self" again thanks to Jessica's encouragement, her ability to make our training sessions "fun", her ability to modify routines when necessary and I highly recommend her as a trainer for anyone wanting to make themselves fit.

    I trained with Jessica for an extended period of time until my work obligations required me change my work out habits and routines. However, while I trained with her, my weight dropped noticeably, my muscles strengthened and I clearly had a "kick" in my daily routines. I noticed a definite change in my work attitude, my general demeanor and in being to endure extended physical exertion. Simply, I just felt better, looked better, and had a better attitude towards everything. . . . .
