Jessica Barragan has been a long time fitness and sports devotee since kicking around the soccer ball in her youth. She became passionate about personal fitness, health and wellness as a young adult and has committed herself to gaining as much knowledge as she can in order to motivate her clients to a more full, functional, and healthy lifestyle.
She enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels, encouraging and inspiring them to achieve their fitness and health goals. She firmly believes that with a full body and holistic approach to health and wellness, that we can all create a means of living life to its fullest potential!
Jessica currently holds a certification in Personal Training from the American Council of Exercise, as well as an advanced certification as an ACE Health Coach and is currently working towards her Precision Nutrition Coach 1 certification as well.
With her background in Muay Thai kickboxing and circuit training, Jessica will personalize a fitness program to best serve each client. She looks forward to making an impact within her community and can’t wait to share her zeal for health and wellness with all who are looking to begin their adventure towards a better and more fit future!

Jessica is wonderful! She offered me a free consultation when I first inquired with her about training and it was a great workout. I felt sore for several days (the good kind of sore!). She is very interested in learning more about your fitness history, your eating habits and what you like/don't like to do fitness wise. I highly recommend her!

I cannot recommend Jessica highly enough! She has been by far the best personal trainer I've worked with. Her energetic personality will keep you motivated at all times...even when you think you can't do any more lounges. She constantly changes the exercises we do so I never get bored and pushes you in the best way possible so that you can achieve your goal. It has been almost 9 months since I started to work out with her and my body has changed significantly, I have more definition all over and it's all because of Jessica's routine. So if you really want to be truly-madly fit, don't wait anymore and call Jessica!

My fitness goal was to build strength and stamina in advance of having bilateral knee replacement. Despite my limited mobility prior to the surgery, with Jessica's expert guidance I got stronger, leaner, and more confident about my ability to recover from major surgery and excel in the rehab which followed. I am now 2 months post surgery and working with Jessica again. The individualized program she developed specifically for me was a significant factor in my successful recovery. Jessica has been my saving grace. I started with her because I knew I had to get healthier. I have a balance issue and will fall for no reason and I knew working with her would help to build some strength. Well, guess what? It's all working fabulously. I am stronger and I am more flexible as well. I've lost inches everywhere and I've lost some weight as well. I have a very busy travel schedule and there are periods of time where I cannot come in to see Jessica. So when I am there, she takes advantage of really making sure my workout is going to work for me. She changes up the circuits all the time so I never get bored. I'm very happy that I started on this journey. The end result is going to be well worth all the hard work and effort. This is not easy but Jessica does make it fun! And I have to remember that it's going to take some time; I didn't get un-healthy overnight; I'm not going to get healthy overnight! Patience is a virtue!

Jessica is my lifesaver. I met her through a women's networking group and fell hard for her infectious smile and tenacious energy. It took me a few months, but I knew she was the gal for me. There are people who get up in the morning and plan their day around exercise...I am not one of those.
At our first meeting I laid out my goals which included motivation and accountability. I needed both. I wanted exercise in my life to improve my overall health. Not only did Jessica provide both, but I got the unexpected bonus of learning more ways that I could exercise, feel good and stay motivated. She brings great and positive energy to every meeting and I actually look forward to our sessions. Her sessions were specific to me and I saw results immediately. I felt better every time we got together.
I have told so many of my unmotivated "middle aged" girl friends (that's late 40's, ha) to get off their butts and a great way to get started is to hire Jessica. I can say now that I am consistently doing cardio and weight training appropriate to my age and body. This would not have happened without Jessica in my life.
