    Jeri is a great personal fitness instructor: she uses a wide variety of exercises to help me get fit again after many years of small injuries and diminishing activity levels. I have been seeing her for about a year and a half, and she has succeeded in releasing the tension in my back and strengthening my core. She pays attention to my diet, sleeping habits, and injuries, and adapts the routine each week depending on my needs and my strengths. I am so happy I found her.
