I am an ex foot ball player and power lifter. As a young man I was very hard on my body. I was in bad shape when I met Jeremy. In November of 2009 I had an ACL reconstruction
After the surgery I hired Jeremy as my trainer to help me recover and get back to work . I am an air conditioning installer and service tech. I was back to work within 45 days installing air conditioning units. I have a very physical job . My surgery was in november and by the summer time I was crawling and dragging ac units through attics. Jeremy helped me with my diet to lose weight. He has taught me exercises that I can use to stay strong and protect my body for the rest of my life. He is an expert at helping people over come injuries or weakness . He has trained me for two years now , I plan to continue to use him as my trainer.

Jeremy is an awesome trainer! I met Jeremy a few years ago and decided that I wanted change in my life. Jeremy became my trainer and completely turned my health around. He gave me excellent advice on my nutrition and exercises that worked best for my body. Over time I saw results that i never thought i would see and I loved them. He is truly very patient, especially with me. He kept me motivated and helped keep my determination strong. Since working with Jeremy I have had a couple of kids and recently began working out again. I still utilize the knowledge that he shared with me. I am grateful that he has helped make me a stronger person both mentally and physically.

I turned 50 this year and had many changes to my life. I had been overweight for all my adult life. In November 2009 I had a rotator cuff repair and was off work for over a month. That was a turning point for me - I began walking first a block then 2 and finally was walking 4-6 miles a day. I had lost 30 lbs on my own when the half century birthday party. I received some money and I decided to join a gym and find a trainer to help me continue my journey to health. Jeremy was that trainer. The first month we worked together he helped me develop habits that brought further weight loss and over 5 inches in my 'pants' waist. He listened and encouraged me to pursue the best for myself in health. I know he has my best interest at heart and wants to see me achieve my goals. His patience and support continue to assist me on this journey. I have under his guidence gone from a size 24 to an 18 so far. I am stronger physically and mentally. He truly has a desire to see people succeed in their effort to be healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. I know I am a better person because our paths crossed. Thank you Jeremy - I am grateful for you!

I spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars on doctors who took MRI's, Xrays etc. in an effort to locate the cause of pain in my legs, knees, feet and hips. Their tests never showed any problems, so I continued to live with the pain for years until I found Jeremy. He was able to pinpoint the problem and work me to develop a specialized exercise program to strengthen muscles and correct posture. It took a while but I am now mostly pain free and able to prevent the pain from returning by continuing my exercises. Jeremy was patient, never gave up on me and always seemed to know how to make me keep trying. I truly believe that without his help I would be basically crippled today.
