My goal as your personal trainer is to help create the image you would like to be! Whether it be to lose weight, get stronger, be more flexible, muscle toning, cardiovascular conditioning, balance or adopting a healthier lifestyle overall, I can guide you through your journey. Together, we will set a clear goal in a fun, productive and creative way utilizing outdoor space a lot of the time in order to connect more with mind body, nature and positive energy. I will assess your physical fitness level to see where you're at and help you define a realistic plan of where you wish to go. Depending on your fitness level, I will modify exercises as needed so we can safely keep progressing. We will be using a variety of fitness equipment like bands, dumbbells, barbells, plyo-box, medicine balls, etc, in order to keep things fun! We will also be outdoors most of the time to soak up the sun and get the healing benefits of being outside in nature. Working out in a peaceful environment can help you be more vibrant, happy, and more energetic for your workouts. As your trainer, I promise to truly help you reach your fitness goals in every way I can and to give you that motivation to keep you feeling happy, healthy, confident, and at your most physically fit level possible!
