I am a Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, trained in Pilates Mat, Reformer and Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, with advanced training in anatomy, injury and special populations and pre and Post Natal Pilates.

In Pilates classes and private sessions, I integrate a variety of movement techniques. My teaching style is dynamic, incorporating Pilates, breath work and strength training. With an eye for form and attention to detail, I strive to make each session fun and educational. My goal is to educate clients with a mind-body awareness that can be carried into their everyday lives.

    I took Pilates with Jen for several years, and credit her with making it possible for me to walk safely up and down stairs. She worked with my injuries, improved my balance and flexibility, and always tailored my workouts to what I needed on that day. She's amazing, and I'm grateful to still have her voice in my head, 'correcting' me, as I work with other Pilates instructors here in Seattle.

    I have been taking classes from Jen for many years. She is a great instructor who gets to know all her students personally and always checks in with them about ongoing injuries or health concerns that may affect their workout. Jen also does a good job of structuring the exercises so that a wide range of skill levels can be accommodated in one class. I always look forward to pilates with her.
