I am dedicated fitness and nutrition coach whose passion is to motivate and educate women towards their personal fitness goals while making it a part of their daily lifestyle. I am a nationally certified personal trainer through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and ISSA Fitness Nutrition certified as well as Spinning, Group Strength Training, Boot Camp, HIIT interval training and TRX suspension training.

My approach to fitness and nutrition is that it should be made simple. I create efficient and effective workouts designed to deliver results. It is my goal to coach my clients to lose weight, build lean muscle, improve eating habits, and have increased energy to improve your quality of life!

    Jenn is an exceptional fitness and nutrition coach! What I like best about Jenn is that she focuses on the "total package" - fitness, nutrition and well-being. She has been my coach for four years and during this time I have had several athletic related injuries. With her professional skills and knowledge Jenn created workouts that helped with the healing process resulting in a stronger, healthier body. Thanks to Jenn I now love working out!

    Jenn is good at pushing your limits in the best way! In the beginning I couldn't possibly do the things I can do now! We have worked together for over a year now and she really knows her stuff! She can tell when you need encouragement and when you need to up your lifting weight. Such an inspiration!

    Jenn is very knowledgeable in her field and always a true professional. She has helped me tremendously and makes it a point to talk about goals and design workouts to meet those goals. Her workouts are challenging, but fun and I love how creative she is with the workouts. It never gets boring! I couldn't be more pleased with the results I have seen.

    What I like about Jennifer is her leadership, dedication and the encouragement she gives in and out of class. Oh yeah, and the changes I have seen in my body as a result of her instruction.
