I love working with Jennifer! She is wonderful at challenging me and pushing me, as well as fitting my custom needs. She is motivational and inspiring. Jennifer also bring a wealth of knowledge of nutrition to the table that I personally needed and struggled with. I highly recommend her!

Weight has always been an issue for me, but until (relatively) recently, a lack of fitness has not been. I have always been a big dude, but not TERRIBLY out of shape. However, as I entered my late 30s, and early 40s, I really began to feel the effects of sedentary living. The anxiety associated with my lack of discipline was was weighing on me not only physically, but mentally. I was also concerned with the example I was setting for my kids. I wanted to find a trainer who could help me in getting my butt in gear, and who would be willing to work with me AND my kids. It was high time for a change, and I knew I would need to find someone who could help motivate me, and keep me going. I contacted a friend of mine who owns a gym, and she recommended Jennifer. I laid out my concerns (at the time I was VERY overweight, and my fitness level was VERY low) and was pleased to hear that she was not only eager to get me started on a program, but especially enthusiastic about childrens fitness.
So me and my kids started training twice a week. Once school started again, the kids schedules were too busy to continue, but I maintained. Adhering to my diet, and training sessions, I lost a good deal of weight. By the time the holidays rolled around, I had shed about 50lbs, and felt the best (fitness wise) that I ever have in my adult life. I wanted to try to challenge myself more, and started with Jennifers boot camps.
This was (and continues to be) a life changing event for me, and one I could not do without my trainer pushing me. I was sidelined by an injury I sustained doing some home workouts, and was out of the gym several months. Jennifer stayed in touch, asking me how I was healing, about my diet, and if I was able to get any exercise. I have just recently started back at it, and Jennifer has scaled my workouts to help ease me back into "fighting shape". My middle kid has returned with me, and we are kicking butt... Well, my kid is kicking butt, I am getting better. :) I cant underscore that none of this would be possible without a trainer who actually cares about her clients. Jennifer is personable, dedicated, and down to Earth. I can't say enough positive things about her. She is just a good person, a good friend, and a good trainer.

Jennifer is amazing!! I have been working out on and off for many years, but never found a program I could stick with. Jennifer has developed a plan for me that exceeds all expectations, from nutrition and weight loss to endurance and weight training. She has helped me stay on track and reach each goal we have set! She is such an inspiring and motivating person! Jennifer is always encouraging me to believe in myself and put in the extra work to maximize results! If you are looking for someone to push you, believe in you and maximize your results, Jennifer is who you want by your side!!

Jennifer is the BEST!!! Her workouts are challenging and safe!!! She can modify any workout to fit the needs of her client. Jennifer is positive, motivating and what she preaches she practices and it works because she is a perfect example of fitness!!!
