    Jennifer has been my personal trainer for five years now. She designs work out routines specifically for you and your goals. She stresses correct form and changes routines every 4 to 6 weeks. I enjoy her TRX trainings and weight trainings. Jennifer also combines cardio work outs along with the workouts so you get an all around work out. I will not go to another trainer. She is the best.

    I have trained with Jennifer for a few years, and its been a great experience so far. She pushes me very hard always, with a variety of exercises (not always same routine). She also takes time to discuss other aspects other than the exercise routines like dietary needs, stress, etc, which is all connected in order to be successful and reach whatever goals you have set for yourself.
