My goal is encourage and assist, as many people as possible, to make exercise a part of their daily life through a personalized fitness program that is, FUN, effective and efficient. Allowing these people to improve their health and fitness while leaving time for family, friends and the activities they enjoy most.
As a fitness training business, I differentiate myself from other personal trainers because I operate on an appointment-only basis at my client's homes, business and/or OUTSIDE in the beautiful parks that the Portland-Metro area have to offer. You see, there are a lot of people out there who pay for gym memberships but never actually use them. The training that I provide makes exercise convenient, eliminating the number one reason why people do not stick with their exercise programs. by getting my clients outside they are able to benefit physically, mentally, and spirtually from what nature has to offer.
In addition to providing one-on-one training to my clients, I encourage them to participate in outdoor group training that I provide year round. Meeting with a group provides additional encouragement, camaraderie and accountability that all of us need to stick with our exercise programs.
