Hello! I'm Jennifer and I believe one of life's greatest gifts is the ability to be active, and to draw health, wellness and happiness to one's life through movement! I have been dancing since I could walk, growing up with strong Latin influences in my home, and similtaneously have always loved to stay active, even in the midst of life's challenges and busy schedules. As an AFAA® Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor, I am priviledged to share my knowledge, passion for movement and dedication in motivating others to stay active,regardless of their fitness level, background, experience or circumstance.
