I am a lover of all things fitness related. My fitness journey started after I had my second child and struggled to lose weight and get in shape. I studied the Pilates method for two years before becoming a mat level 1 & 2 instructor back in 2007. That opened the door to other opportunities in the fitness field such as teaching Spinning, group exercise classes, boot camps as well as a lead trainer in a weight loss fitness challenge. I became a personal trainer in 2011 and now run a very successful business where I train clients and small groups out of my home gym and mind/body studio.

My passion goes beyond helping others get physically fit, I have a passion to helping them get mentally strong and become the best version of themselves. My clients do the work, I'm just a humble coach pushing them past what they thought was ever possible and providing a pat on the back with words of encouragement.

    When I turned 55 I knew I needed help to reach my fitness goals. I had taken cycling classes with Jenn and I really liked her style but I was a little apprehensive of a female trainer. Any concerns I had were giuckly gone because of Jenn's ability and professionalism. Jenn knows when to push / challenge and when to ease up. She took the time to find my strengths and weaknesses. My shoulder is now pain free and has the mobility of 20 years ago. After 2+ years working with Jenn not only have I met my goals I am also training for a mini sprint triathlon. I could not have done any of this without her. I highly recommend her.

    Jenn has been my Godsend! I found her on here on IdeaFit and chose her because of her Pilates expertise. She is a great Pilates instructor and so much more! I've loved getting stronger through Pilates and loved learning all kinds of ways to exercise. I've pushed my body harder than ever and thrilled to see what I can accomplish. And even though I suffer from some health issues, she has taken the time to learn what I'm dealing with and instruct me accordingly. She's non-judgmental and I know she truly cares about me and my success in getting healthy. I highly recommend her to anyone really ready to make the life change needed to get healthy.

    I have been attending Jenn's classes for the past two years, and have also had personal training sessions with her. She makes working out an incredibly positive & rewarding experience! She has an amazing knowledge of her craft, and is excited to share that with her students. She motivates through encouragement and being supportive, which I find to be much more beneficial. She encourages you to push yourself & maximize your workouts, but always within your own ability level & offering modifications as necessary. She is very committed to what she does, and she is excited to share her love of fitness, great health & well-being with anyone she teaches.     Training with Jenn was such a pleasure. I've always been more of a weight lifter and never thought that I would enjoy cardio or pilates. Jenn is so patient and understanding. Her constant words of encouragement and belief in my ability helped me to achieve my goals. She is able to push you to your limit, yet listen and understand and encourage you through your frustration. Jenn is a very knowledgeable instructor and I would recommend her as an instructor and trainer.

    Jenn has been my Pilates instructor for several years. She is a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. Jenn explains proper technique and demonstrates what is correct. Even in a group setting, she works with each person individually, always helping each of us to improve and get the best workout. Her workouts are fun and always different. She strives to do what is best for her clients. Jenn also creates a very welcoming environment. You are comfortable asking for modifications, or asking for further explanation/demonstration. But she also pushes and challenges you. You leave her class wanting more and feeling stronger.
