I am a fitness professional dedicated to helping my clients achieve their health & fitness goals. Devoted to fitness for over 20 years, I believe that people who exercise regularly and take care of their bodies are not only more physically fit, but are also more emotionally fit, and happier overall. I believes there are 3 keys to success: Commitment - Commit to get FIT!, Discipline - Develop habits that last a lifetime., Results - Do the first two and the results will follow. She takes great pride in utilizing fitness to make the world a better, healthier, and happier place. Continually expanding my knowledge of fitness through continuing education courses, and by attending fitness workshops and seminars is something I strongly believe in to stay current with industry standards and trends. I was very honored to be selected as a trainer at Monica Brant’s FEM Camp 2010 where I trained women competing or interested in competing in fitness and figure competitions. Last month, I was named Personal Trainer of the Month by the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). Along with my blog (Fit Chica), I am a contributor to Naturally Savvy, a natural and organic living blog. “Fitness is my passion and I am so fortunate to do what I love: teach, inspire, and motivate!” I have a deep passion for inspiring others to unlock their inner strength and potential in every training session and class I teach.
