I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years years as a nationally certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer presenting multiple formats and training clients internationally. I am currently the owner of Perez Personal Training Studio, a WITS Educator at Sonoma State University and the Fitness Director at Coaches' Corner Health Club. I am certified through the American Counsel on Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition Specialist as well as Pilates, Zumba and Les Mills.
From being a member of a competitive dance team in Asia to being a presenter for PiYo, I bring my clients an extensive background in kickboxing, dance, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, youth coaching, youth Personal Training, nutrition, anatomy, physiology and physical therapy.
I enjoy traveling and spending time with her family. “I have learned that I can best serve my clients by teaching them how to achieve optimal health through a balanced lifestyle. I believe that functional training translates into the enduring strength we need for the activities of our day-to-day lives.”
I train clients from all fitness levels with a focus on functional training and Pilates Reformer Training.

I've been fortunate to have weekly sessions with Jennifer for about 6 months now. She's a very warm + accessible person, + has a deep knowledge of anatomy + physiological structural relationships. I really appreciate her constant eagle eye on my postures + movements + the corrections she makes. The exercises she teaches are straightforward + great to use throughout the week! Jennifer! Is incredible!!! She takes her time and explains why and how to complete each exercise that makes sense and is not overwhelming. Jennifer helps you feel at ease and excited about fitness. I look forward to my workouts with Jennifer. We also work on my eating habits and if I screw up I feel at ease with telling her and I do not feel judgement.
