Jenine Lansing

Jenine Lansing is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. Jenine graduated from The College of New Jersey in 1997. She became certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise in 2004. She has worked in varied fitness environments, including YMCAs, clients' homes, large private fitness clubs, and Princeton University.
While pregnant with her daughter in 2005, Jenine studied and became certified in Prenatal Fitness by AFPA. She found an amazing new client base of expectant mothers who needed to know how to exercise safely during their pregnancies. Jenine established stroller based group exercise classes for Mothers when her daughter was small, and continues to have class when moms need a good workout!. She feels that continuing a fitness routine after having a baby sets wonderful healthy examples for kids and families.
Jenine enjoys working with all types of clients from new exercisers to conditioned athletes. She likes helping people become more familiar with equipment and routines and finding what will lead them to healthier lifestyles. Her belief in a consistent program of safe and effective exercises is a key component to having her clients reach their goals.
In addition to her other certifications, Jenine also holds certifications from TRX suspension training, AAFA in Aerobic Kickboxing , from AAAI/ISMA in Mat Pilates, and has earned the rank of Second degree Black Belt in Karate.

    I've never, ever enjoyed group workouts before -- until I took one led by Jenine. Her kickboxing/cross-training class is small and inviting, and allows for a great blend of individual attention and activities which allow you to feed off your classmates' enthusiasm. Jenine provides positive -- and often very funny -- encouragement and feedback, which makes me strive to work harder. I always leave her class feeling energized and accomplished.

    A combination of professionalism and experience makes Jenine a top notch instructor. She has the ability to take a group of people ( all with different backgrounds, sizes, shapes and fitness levels) and pull us together to have an incredible workout. When I leave a group session with her, I feel stronger, more confident and proud. Jenine is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals.

    Jenine is awesome in both personal sessions and leading groups. She consistently provides fun and challenging workouts that push me further than the week before and make me do more than I thought I could. She does a great job of tailoring to clients' needs and goals and always manages to make me laugh and keep me motivated.

    Jenine is an excellent trainer. I always refer my friends to her and they always give her rave reviews. Jenine is energetic and her workouts are always fun. She always changes things up so you never get bored.

    You definitely feel the burn after a work out with Jenine. She makes working out fun by keeping a fast pace and always finds a way to make you laugh at the same time. She focuses on each persons strengths and provides you with lots of motivation to improve.
