    I have trained with Jeff on multiple occasions and have never had a bad experience. His workouts are dynamic and interesting, never repeated and always keep you on your toes. The best part about the workouts is that they train every muscle in your body. While you may want to target a specific area his workouts challenge all of you. I am a former athlete and have been through some very strenuous and challenging workouts but Jeff has always either met or exceeded that bar for me. Also, he is very flexible with his schedule and where you can train at which is great for working professionals like myself. Please call him up and try a session today! You definitely won't regret it.

    I have been training with Jeff for over 2 years (4+ times/week). I have always been strong and athletic, but Jeff has helped me achieve things I never even imagined I could do in the gym. Every workout is challenging and different - we have never repeated a workout. We do many of our sessions outside, at playgrounds, or on a basketball court. When we are in the gym Jeff keeps the workout interesting by utilizing the TRX, kettlebells, and bands, and when I travel Jeff creates workouts that I can do anywhere and supplies me with bands so I can do them. I can't say enough good things about Jeff - train with him, and I promise you won't regret it!

    I started training with Jeff 6 months after having my second baby with little exercise done during that time. Jeff was both tough and patient with me. He pushed me hard knowing my limits and encouraged me along the way. Now a year later I have lost all the baby fat but most importantly, I am toned, strong and fit. Thanks to Jeff I have the strength I need to run after the kids and to go back to running races. I have been able to do 10k, 15k and 1/2 marathon with ease.
    I like to joke that I will have a t-shirt printed with "I survived Jeff" on it. I say this with joy and pride. Thanks Jeff!

    I started trianing with Jeff 6 months after having a baby and he was wonderful. Jeff has been patient yet tough. he has never challnged me beyond my capabilties and now with my baby 17months old, I have run a a 1/2 marathon, a 15k and 10k races with ease. Training with Jeff has given me the strength and agility for my runs and day to day life. Ofcourse I have lost the babyweight but my best achievement is the fitness and strength.
    I keep joking that I will print a t-shirt that says "I survived Jeff" but it is all with lots of joy and pride.
    I HIGHLY recommend jeff!

    I have been fortunate enough to train with Jeff for several years and have always had remarkable results. He really gets to know his clients and understands how to best motivate and push them. He also takes the time to understand their expectations and desires so that he is sure to give them what they want out of their sessions. At one point, I brought Jeff a picture and told him, "I want my arms to look like hers." He was, of course, realistic with me about my body and what I would and would not be capable of, but by the end of the month, sure enough, I had the best arms I could have hoped for. He's great for men, women, athletes, those with injuries, etc. If you're looking for an enjoyable personal training experience and results, I would unreservedly recommend Jeff.
