For over a decade now, my career path has navigated through many realms of health and fitness. Starting out, in group fitness and personal training, then adding health coaching, assisted stretch, and Rock Steady Boxing into my portfolio have all proven to be incredibly rewarding. More recently, managing and implementing fitness programs (youth to adult) has allowed me to grow as a professional. Being able to assist others in creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyles/better quality of life continues to be the driving factor behind my passion to be part of the fitness industry. It can be challenging to find a balance in the demanding world we live in. Now a day’s, more than ever, people need to pencil in time to exercise and are learning the true importance mobility and strength training play in the aging process. I strive towards making my clients get the most out of the time they put into their health routine. I have a creative flair and enjoy incorporating it into my program designs. Some of my favorite training techniques and formats include kickboxing, strength training, MRT - metabolic resistance training, Tabata, AMRAP, and HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) cycling, running, small group, partner workouts....to name a few! Some of the special populations I train include the active aging, alzheimer's, parkinsons, youth, teens, and those looking to loose weight or who are seeking guidance on how to make adjustments to live a healthier life.
