My belief entails focusing on ones capabilities versus inabilities and establishing a safe, life-long health and fitness regime based on realistic goals. Health and fitness is not just going to the gym and running on a treadmill. It is a lifestyle change and my job as a trainer is to help guide you through that change. Our bodies are designed to experience a wide array of movement and so we must take advantage of this blessing by using it to it’s fullest. My training approach is to first ensure you know how to successfully and safely perform basic movements and then build upon that framework. Fun, motivation and the celebration of successes will be a part of your session. Your reward will be the feeling of better health and strength: physically, emotionally and socially and reaching your short and long-term goals. I offer one-on-one as well as small group training sessions. Let’s get moving!

    Jeanette’s passion for fitness inspires everyone who has the good fortune to work with her. By her own level of fitness she is an excellent example for developing good muscle tone through appropriately devised and implemented exercise routines. With Jeanette, an exercise “routine” is anything but routine. The workouts are intense and diverse with each session designed based on your individual goals and modified as you progress. Jeanette is well educated, qualified and skilled using her background and abilities to facilitate achieving your goals through positive encouragement. Jeanette makes it happen and I like seeing the results. It does not hurt that she also has a great sense of humor. Maire

    I was privileged to have Jeanette as Personal Trainer for two years. It is evident that Jeanette is passionate about fitness as it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session whether it be in a group setting or one on one. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise while being mindful of current or underlying injuries or health issues. She motivated me to push past my perceived limits to get results. Anyone that gets the pleasure to train under Jeanette life will change for the better---mine did!
