- one on one training only
- a private and safe environment: 1000 sq feet fitness studio dedicated to one client at a time only
- real time sanitization procedures
- social distancing and mask for trainer
Thanks a lot for your interest! I am the founder of Darwin Fitness, llc. I was born 48 years ago in Paris and live now in Maitland, Fl. Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Business and Communication, I am a US nationally certified personal trainer through IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association) and also certified as a youth soccer coach by the French Federation of Soccer. Fan of sports, I'm a confirmed and competitive runner from 5K to Marathon. Besides my personal training activities I also teach cycling classes. Phisolosophy:5 key points. 1/Professionalism: I guarantee to structure a training program for a high profile athlete or for an individual looking to drop 60 pounds with the same sense of detail and dedication. 2/ Planning: knowing where we start from with an assessment, set a realistic goal and set the actions to accomplish in a specific time frame. No serious and long term results without a good visibility. 3/ Progressive: You learn how to walk before to run, don’t you? The gradual approach is not only fundamental in terms of exercise load it’s also critically important when you want to build better eating habits and keep them. 4/ Cardio : running from 5k to Marathons is my passion and a Federal Coach was in charge of my preparation back in France. The cardio component is at least as essential as resistance training and should be managed and supervised by a qualified fitness professional. It is very rarely the case in the US. There is as much science behind cardio training as there is behind resistance training. Big mistakes can be made and optimization needs a lot of knowledge. I emphasize and really coach cardio for better results. 5/ Enjoy! Let’s have fun. Exercise is not a punishment and a good trainer must do his best to make each session a pleasant moment.
