Jayne Robertson

Rancho Mirage, CA 92270

What began as a personal training business (Fitness & Beyond) has morphed into offering a mind-body-spirit approach to optimizing health, connection and balance. In September 2013, I took on the role of the Mind-Body Program Manager for the Eisenhower Wellness Institute and started Desert Yoga Teacher Training. I am opening up a new yoga studio in Rancho Mirage, CA which will be offering 1-1 yoga therapy, semi-private yoga classes, workshops and retreats in California & Australia. The philosophy which is shared with all clients and classes are based in the traditions of yoga. Tools for obtaining optimal wellness through our own doing, awareness and continued growth.

Ditto to what everyone else has said. I can't imagine doing yoga with anyone else. I love that she knows each person and what their strengths and weaknesses are. I feel very safe in her classes. Jayne is the real deal. She is compassionate and genuinely wants only the highest and best good for each of us. She is not just someone who teaches yoga, she is the essence of yoga - she is a gifted master.

Jayne has been leading me through my yoga practice for at least 4 years now, and with each class comes new challenges, new ideas and new inspiration.
She is very in tune with each of her students, and regardless of class size, is always able to provide the personal assistance we all need.
Jayne is wonderful at connecting mind, body and spirit and Tuesday is my favorite day of the week!
    Thank you, Jayne!

Walking into Jayne's Yoga class only 7mo. ago has literally changed my life. I had no idea how wonderful yoga was, it has helped me tie everything in my life together; body, mind & spirit! Her yoga has taken me half way around the world to Australia, what a BLISSful experience!! She is so knowledgeable in sooo many areas! Simply WONDERFUL! I tell everyone about her classes & retreats! Thanks Jayne, for all that you do, U R THE BEST!! :-)

I have been a student of Jayne's for about 7 months. I feel very blessed to have found her. She is very compassionate, knowledgeable and a true yogini. All of her classes are a pleasure-whether a more challenging or restorative, they always are perfect and my own private little sanctuary for my busy life.
The only problem is we need more, can you teach 24/7? :)
    Thanks Jayne!!

Jayne has an extensive knowledge of the human body, which enables her to expertly instruct and guide post injury patients in her yoga classes. I personally had great success rehabilitating my shoulder with her direction and extraordinary ease in relating to students.
