Over the past few years I have tried to become as dedicated as I could possibly be to being fit and staying in shape. I was fortunate enough to overcome a serious accident yrs ago and swore I would never let myself slack physically after spending months in a wheelchair. I know so much of this is dedication and determination and finding someone who can motivate participants into being the best they can be. I really feel that Jaunette has the capability to guide, and strategically and individually plan a regimen to help all who attend her classes. She makes the workouts diverse, and alters each strength building and cardio workout to fit those in attendance. No one is made to feel incapable, and the individual attention is much more than you can ask for. Whether we do circuits on equipment, or a series of high level exercises, the constant variety that she offers us makes you want to return for each class. There is always support, laughter, and a genuine feel good attitude at each group session. There is something for everyone, whether you are an avid cross trainer, runner, or someone searching for a new way to become physically fit. A workout with Jaunette is well worth a try and I can guarantee you will see why many feel so powerful physically and mentally after participating in the bootcamp style experience she offers.

Exercise is and always has been a regular part of my life, and I consider myself to be a physically fit, healthy individual. Over the years, I have found it difficult to find an exercise class with a trainer who made the workouts challenging enough to suit my needs and energy level. Jaunette offers just this. She takes training seriously, and her group fitness sessions follow a bootcamp style offering a combination of exercises incorporating muscle strength with bursts of aerobic activity. Jaunette pushes and encourages all participants to give their best, offering adaptations for everyone from beginner to advanced. Each workout differs from the last, so you never encounter the same routine twice or the boredom that comes with repetition. I'm so pleased to have found a trainer capable of satisfying my fitness needs. I highly recommend Jaunette to anyone looking to take their overall health and fitness to the next level.
