I've been working out with Jason for 5+ years. Aging definitely isn't for sissies, and maintaining an active lifestyle while getting older is a challenge, especially if you've been a super active adult throughout your life. Jason helps me with every aspect of keeping a positive outlook while helping me stay as fit and active as I can while dealing with osteoarthritis. I know that if I didn't train with him I would be possibly joining the ranks of my generation on the couch thinking that hiking, gardening, major walks and weight lifting were off-limits for me. He's a stickler for appropriate form and healthy diet, and models everything he asks me to do in his gym. His background of knowledge and information about the world of fitness and training boggles the mind. I highly recommend him!

I have been working with Jason since 2003 and I cannot imagine how different my overall health would be now had I not made that decision back in 2003. Prior to 2003, It was becoming increasingly difficult for me to participate in the many outdoor activities I had enjoyed over the years, due to significant osteoarthritis joint pain. That investment of time has allowed me to have a wonderful quality of life I believe I would not have otherwise. With his vast knowledge and understanding of fitness techniques, body mechanics, anatomy and physiology, Jason is able to bring to each session an individualized approach to a diverse clientele.

Jason is an amazing fitness trainer! He keeps each work out fresh and challenging with a focus on your end goals. He is knowledgable on the latest fitness techniques, but pulls out some oldies but goodies to keep you challenged. I've had other trainers who stand and count while you do your reps. Jason stays engaged and explains the movement and the benefits of each exercise.

I've been working out with Jason for over 3 years now and I am completely hooked. Before working out with Jason, I was never able to maintain a fitness regimen. Jason makes it fun and changes things up all the time, keeping it interesting and challenging. I highly recommend Jason!

Jason did a nice job helping me after my hip replacement. My wife and I have both worked out at Jason's and it is small but he does a good job of working all the muscle groups. He works you so you learn the right techniques you don't get hurt.
