During Covid, I got a bit lazy with working out, which would normally be running on the treadmill at the gym 2-3x per week. I had such low energy that the idea of working out felt like such a chore. I had gained about 5lbs in 4 months and I wanted to jump start my energy and also utilize this down time to try something I had never done before!
I found Jason online and read all the amazing reviews on how fast he could transform someone's body into exactly what they wanted. I love fast results, but I also did not think I would be able to lose a ton of weight as I was starting at 134lbs / 5'7. Boy, was I wrong! I have been working out with Jason for 6 weeks now and have lost 10lbs, I feel stronger than ever, I can see muscle definition in all areas of my body that I have never been able to see before.
Jason outlines a personalized nutrition program that felt hard the first week, but now I don't think I would ever go back to how I was originally eating. I stopped craving any foods I wasn't able to have after only a few days. The nutrition program definitely plays a large role in your end results, very important to follow properly.
I had no experience in weight lifting/muscle training because I normally only did cardio. After 6 weeks, I can say my body looks extremely strong, toned and lean. Which is exactly what I had asked from Jason in our first meeting!
5 stars all the way, I will continue working out with Jason, because I love the way I feel and look! If you tell him what your end goal is, however crazy you may think it seems, he will create the plan to get you there in a matter of weeks! You will not be disappointed!

I've been working out with Jason for the last 8 weeks and I have really noticed a big difference in my body. He has taught me how and what I should be eating which is so important. He listened to my goals and I told him I wanted to tone up but not be bulky since I am a model and an actress. I have definition now and muscle I've never had before. I feel so much more confident now after training with Jason and I have been booking more modeling jobs since! Jason is a pleasure to work with and will help you reach your goals like he helped me reach mine! I highly recommend him and he will get you your dream body!! Thank you Jason!!!

If you are looking for the best personal trainer around - someone that has the knowledge and expertise to get you the body and health you want don’t look any further. Jason is the best and only trainer I will ever use! He pushes you to achieve results you thought were unattainable. Not only is he a professional but he is a down to earth, but no nonsense, kind of guy. I will come back to Jason year after year to train with Jason. I highly recommend!!!

I read that Jason was one of the best trainers out there and definitely he is. He gave me an appropriate nutritional menu plan and it works. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get a result. Every workout is intense but every workout is also different. He utilized free weights as well as weighted machines to build my strengths. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely. His goal is clearly to get his clients as healthy and fit as possible. I highly recommend him!!!
