Like Maggie below I have been taking Janet's classes over Zoom and have been blown away. I have been a gym goer since the 80's and also thought the classes were good, if occasionally boring. I have been amazed about how much better Janet's classes are. They are fun, challenging but a good workout and always changing. In addition I am free from back pain for the first time in over 10 years. I have sent her link to the aerobic director at my current gym in the hopes she will see the class and get inspired to have better classes. I do not want to go back to my old classes after Janet's.

Thank you Karen, that is so nice to hear!

I have been a regular gym goer for years and always thought the classes were good. However, with Covid I started taking Zoom classes (at a friend's recommendation) with Janet and realized what I was missing. I don't feel I can go back to the gym classes now. Her classes are amazing; they work the whole body, and while you work hard they are not painful. She does a lot of balance and core exercises that she adds upper body to. The classes are different every day (but easy to follow), and her music is extraordinary and also never the same. I cannot believe how much better these classes are, (and I have gone to many different gyms and classes), and I for one will be sorry when Covid is over as I live too far to go to Janet's classes live.

Thank you Maggie, I really appreciate your kind words. It is great to have you in class, even if it is virtual!

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working out with Janet Weller for almost 20 years. Janet is an exceptional trainer who has helped me stay fit and healthy over the years. I have used other trainers in vacation areas and have never had a trainer as dedicated, knowledgeable and kind. She is very committed to helping each individual, even when working as a group, to attain the best benefits from each workout. She continues to make the workouts interesting, challenging, and beneficial after all these years. I feel any gym and its members would be lucky to have Janet as their instructor.

I have greatly enjoyed a wonderful class Janet Weller has run at the JCC on the Palisades. She is a teacher who gives ongoing, very clear instructions and many variations of each exercise. Her music is very good as well. Her classes are quite challenging. You exercise every muscle in your body by the end. She opened with a good warm-up and closed with a lovely stretch.

I write this from my home in South Carolina where I have lived for the past 2 years. I have tried 4 trainers since moving here and have found no one close to Janet. (She trained me for 12 years when I lived in NJ). Her workouts were fun, but challenging. I might get sore sometimes, but never injured. She always was tuned to how I was feeling, I never felt like she gave me the same workout as her other clients; it really was just for me. The trainers I have tried in SC have been very nice, but I felt like they gave me the same workout as their 20 year old clients. I hurt my shoulder with the first one and it has never recovered. I wish Janet would move down here! She is always professional, and kept me motivated on my worst days. I miss her, and think anyone is lucky to get her as a trainer.
