Six years ago I participated in the 90 Day Commit to Get Fit program and my life changed! I was an avid walker but then got the “exercise bug” and haven’t stopped since. I was so motivated by the CTGF program that I became an ACE certified Wellness Coach and now teach this program at our gym. It is a 13 week life changing program and I get so excited when participants “get it” and become stronger and healthier.

When I am not at the gym I work for Laconia School District Office of School Wellness as the Training and Marketing Coordinator. My life is so much richer now that I am living a healthy, active life.
