    I have been working with Jane for 3 1/2 years now. She keeps me accountable to my fitness and helps me reach my goals. I love that she tailors workouts to me so I am always doing something different which keeps the experience fresh and interesting. I highly recommend Jane to anyone who is looking to start a fitness plan and needs some guidance.

    I have several limitations and have always felt that most trainers did not understand or address my needs. Jane has taken the time to assess my abilities and safely adapt exercises to fit me so that after every session I feel stronger and healthier!

    I've been working out with Jane for a while now and I've seen my strength improve considerably. She works with me and takes into consideration my bad knees. She helps me set realistic goals for myself but pushes me to keep going. I love her pool sessions which are very good for my joints. I look forward to what my health and fitness have in store for my future.

    When I had my assessment with Jane, I truly was a beginner - never having been in a gym before and not at all a fitness enthusiast. She truly met me where I was and we've been making me stronger and more fit for over two years now. She is excellent at working through and around any limitations you have (I have two bad knees, one of which was recently replaced). She is good at both encouraging and pushing, a great combination in a trainer. Would highly recommend!

    After much procrastination I finally contacted Jane. She listened to my concerns and designed a plan for me. She is very professional and her workouts are challenging. I would highly recommend her.
