I have been in the fitness business since 1983. I have worked in Health Clubs in Indiana and Ohio as floor staff as well as a manager. I became a national certified personal fitness trainer in 1996 and my certifications are up to date. I have been a trainer at Good Bodies Personal Training in Dublin, Ohio since 1997 and have retained some of my original clients.

    I have been with Jan for a short time, probably 8, 1/2 hour sessions. Am impressed with her workouts for me and I'm now on my second set of sessions.     Jan has been my personal trainer for about two years. She is constantly challenging me, and provides information about healthy eating and insight on exercises I can do on my own.     Jan is the most dedicated and focused trainer. I have been going to Good Bodies for many years and as I watch the trainers with clients I certainly notice how focused Jan is with her client making sure each rep is done to completion and done correctly. The whole time Jan is training her client, she is educating them as well. It always helps to know why you are doing what you are doing because at times it is not fun. I absolutely appreciate Jan's knowledge and dedicaton to exercise and health. Thanks Jan~you're the best! Barb

    I am an avid mountain hiker and golfer. I have trained with Jan for 4 years. I train with her every other week for an hour. For me this keeps me honest with my own training and adds variety to my exercise routine. I also enjoy her boot camps as well as the way she challenges all my muscles. My stamina and endurance have increased since I started training with her. I would recommend her to anyone at any fitness level.

    Jan is great - I only do a half hour but we accomplish alot. We move all around the gym, and change up the exercises every time. I feel great, and although I don't look forward to the workout, always feel good afterwards.
