I have been teaching a variety of fitness classes for over 27 years. I have worked with every age group from elementary age students to senior citizens. I have worked one-on-one with individuals to create their own fitness program - from the brand new exercise participant to those that had been exercising for years. I am inspired daily by the indiviuals that I am lucky to be working with. I enjoy engaging and encouraging people in their quest for physical activity whether it be one-on-one or in a group fitness class activity.
