Jim helps his clients to strengthen in all planes of motion and to enhance energy, stamina, stability and agility. Life comes at you from all directions, so your body should be trained to be ready for it. Jim founded Ascending Fitness in the belief that a client should be given the opportunity to steadily increase fitness while minimizing setbacks. Correction of muscle imbalances and tightness enhances performance, reduces chronic pain, and helps to minimize risk of injury. Thus, Jim starts out by correcting any issues that undermine optimal movement. Then he hones in on maximizing the realization of client goals. Metabolic rates are increased through a systematic approach to nutrition and exercise. It may take only a few private sessions to fine tune a new client’s body, then he or she may quickly graduate to small group training so that the ongoing work of increasing fitness can be done more cost effectively and enjoyably in the company of like-minded individuals.
